THIS MONTH'S GUESTS:

"AVENUE Q" CAST & PUPPETS (musical theatre)
http://lowerossingtontheatre.com/
"Avenue Q" is a musical comedy and coming-of-age parable, addressing and satirizing the issues and anxieties associated with entering adulthood. Told they were special while growing up, the characters quickly realize, as adults, that they are no more special than anyone else!

DAYNA CHERNOFF & HAYLEY PREZIOSI (actors)
Dayna and Hayley appear in Soup Can Theatre's production of "Love is a Poverty You Can Sell" playing now in the Next Stage Theatre Festival.
Soup Can Theatre is dedicated to the reinterpretation of older theatrical works for a twenty-first century audience. Founded by Artistic Director Sarah Thorpe and Artistic Producer Scott Dermody in 2008, Soup Can is proud to have assembled a dedicated team of collaborators and theatre professionals equally inspired by the merging of classic works and contemporary stagecraft.

KATE DUNBAR (clown)
Kate Dunbar began studying clown last year. She has studied with Helen Donnelly and Francine Côté. Kate was awarded first prize in the 2011 Toronto Festival of Clowns student showcase.

KRISTIAN REIMER (sidekick)
http://www.reimerreason.com/
This Toronto-based comic, actor, and improviser is thrilled to be playing sidekick to Mullet. Reimer grew up in Calgary--the Texas of the North but with a dental plan and the home of grain-fed Alberta Beef (mmm-beef!). To know Reimer's comedy is to know what makes him tick... and it is this ticking that has that often prevented him from flying.

PAUL VERMEERSCH (poet)
http://www.facebook.com/8309734502
Paul Vermeersch's most recent collection of poetry, The Reinvention of the Human Hand, was a finalist for the 2011 Trillium Book Award. He was poetry editor for Insomniac Press for 10 years, and is now senior editor of Wolsak & Wynn Publishers Ltd.

ALISSA VOX RAW (musical guest)
http://www.facebook.com/alissavoxrawmusic
Often with no more than a loop pedal and her voice, Alissa Vox RAW creates rich tapestries of sound from a multitude of organically built harmonic parts, interwoven together to create full music beds. Old styles of soul, doowop and blues with a contemporary twist are reinterpreted through new technologies.

AMY ZUCH (comedian/cartoonist)
http://www.tyreandkerb.com/
Comedian. Improviser. Comic creator.
